      Bulk pick-up of any of these items should be arranged in advance with the track credentialing lead.

      Bulk pick-ups not previously scheduled will not be accommodated.

      If you are picking up for another annual credential holder outside of a department or organizational bulk pick-up, that individual will need to have granted permission for you to pick-up their items by communicating with the track credentialing lead and you must have their QR code.

      Once items are issued for an annual credential holder, they will not be re-issued.

      Annual credentials as issued are the property of NASCAR and must be surrendered upon demand by NASCAR in NASCAR’s sole discretion. Any annual credential lost or stolen must be reported to NASCAR immediately. As a reminder, you are still responsible to submit a letter of assignment to each individual track requesting access to the media center, press box, parking, etc.
